Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons, tournament periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Estimated transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3 to 7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2 to 3 business days

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking updates may require up to 24 hours to display movement within the carrier system.

Domestic Shipping

GoPinPro Sports ships to locations within the United States. Delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier routing.

Shipping Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather events, carrier disruptions, seasonal volume spikes, or logistical constraints.

GoPinPro Sports is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

GoPinPro Sports is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may not be recoverable or refundable.

If you identify an address error, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 15 days of delivery. Include photographs of the packaging and affected items so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
